Add H matrix for ILSS calculation

Would be nice to see also the H{2,2} matrix for the Inter Laminar Shear Strength analysis, by including also the S13 and S23 lamina allowable values.
A cross check could be done with Nastran (although other other software might have different implementations).

I have to think about this. Most people would asume, eLamX² is using FSDT for everything which is not the case.
