Describe the bug rtags seems to provide a binary file called rc. This clashes with the name of a binary from the init system OpenRC.
To Reproduce
Use Artix Linux, Gentoo or something similar and install OpenRC.
Try installing rtags system-wide, either you break the system by overriding the rc binary of OpenRC or your package manager prevents you from doing that.
Screenshots/Backtrace
Environment (please complete the following information):
OS/Version: Artix Linux, 5.7.2-artix1-1
Additional context
An easy solution would be to install it locally in ~/.local/bin and add that to the PATH.
Thought it might be worth mentioning that this name clash exists, hence this issue.
