Error for visualizing embeddings #56
Comments
Which version of matplotlib do you have? Have you already updated to the latest? |
Here are my current matplotlib versions: matplotlib 3.8.0 I see there is now a newer 3.8.1, I can try that in case it helps. |
I confirmed that the same errors occurs for |
Try with the latest released version on embiggen please, I hope I have patched it. |
Hi there! Thanks a lot for your help @LucaCappelletti94. I've been facing the same issue than @realmarcin, and from what I've seen, it seems the draw_all() function in matplotlib has been renamed to _draw_all() in more recent versions: matplotlib/matplotlib@10b3de9#diff-250555d303944dc7fd3b69fe9a14f292f9b715d738a6a0649d7d62a7c8315b05R556. I've tried upgrading the embiggen package, but I'm still facing the issue. Any help would be super welcome! |
Embeddings were successfully generated with Node2VecSkipGramEnsmallen from GRAPE.
However, when trying to visualize the graph dimensionality reduction only the node degree plot showed in the top left, the other plots are blank along with this error message:
