Bug description

With the release of iOS 17 and iPadOS 17, Safari 17 is released with some small issues concerning rotate and scale not working properly

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
