Like the Zoomify mod where you can scroll while holding the zoom key to go in and out

@ATXLtheAxolotl I'll probably add a mouse input event to Amethyst, this should allow you to easily implement this.

Added, will have support for [email protected] which i am publishing now since there are no breaking changes with existing mods.
