Uniformity tests visualization

We should plot growth curves for different samples from same uniformity test generation together to see how they overlap. We could offset them to overlap better by adjusting lag time (independent random parameter as pitch rate is not known in the first transfer from plate to tube).

We could also try to graft different stages of propagation together by dividing them by pitch/volume ratio; in many cases this would make error grow quickly, but still would be acceptable for visualization purposes.
