Italic/kursiv text in title looses bold formatting

Description of the bug

When I have a text in the resource.json-file defined with the text _aksjekapital_ to get italic/kursiv, the text looses its bold property in the title text.

I have to use both a bold tag and the italic tag **_aksjekapital_** to get the expected result:

Ivar Nesje explains the reason for this is that the title uses medium weight (500) and there bold italic font is not supported. When you write we change to weight 700 which supports bold italic.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Use a text containing _italic_ text as a "title" for an "Input"-field.
