i've wanted this feature since i first found the mod back when greg was in charge, anyway if a stargate has had a player nearby long enough (cumulative not consecutive) every few ingame days it has a chance an npc will dial in and a group of npcs (add jaffa/wraith npcs?) will come through and attack any players and villagers nearby
feature config options:
1 turn entire feature on/off
2 turn entire feature on/off for specific dimensions
3 change min & max time the stargate must exist before attacks start
4 change min & max time between attacks
5 make iris upgrades MUCH more expensive to craft
6 configurator setting for if a gate can have attacks
