I have the ORE version on my server, but which am I supposed to use for my Curse Pack client side?

Renaming spongeforge...jar to _spongeforge...jar resolves the issue. Use the CurseForge version (6.4.0) on both client and server.

Can close, I am sure you are aware of: A mod is loading an outdated Mixin version before Sponge
