If you make a PR from a commit, github normally takes the title of the commit message and makes it the title of the PR, and similarly copies the body of the commit message into the body of the PR. Neither seems to be true in this repo. Perhaps that is because of the PR template?
It's a nice time saving feature to scrape as much as possible from the commit message, if commit messages are being used. Looking through the commit log, it looks like that might not be the case however, in which case it doesn't matter.
