Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We don't own our project's assets on Code Ocean. This makes the asset harder to deal with. For instance, we can't add assets to the OpenScope collection because we are not the owner.
Describe the solution you'd like
We'd like the upload transfer service to allow us to pass in a parameter specifying the group or user to be the owner of the asset. such as the 'OpenScope' group. (I'm told David will make these groups)
Describe alternatives you've considered
Either not using the collections feature to organize and track our assets, or pinging Jon or someone with credentials to add our asset to the collection after every upload. We could also try to have a feature which specifies which collection to add an asset to after upload, though I think there is no way to modify collections with the Code Ocean API at the moment. Issue here https://github.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/aind-code-ocean-info/issues/111
