Update transfer models to allow users to submit extra fields

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If the transfer models update, the service returns a Validation error. It will be nice to allow users to add extra configs without raising validation errors. This will let users use the latest version of the transfer models, even if the service hasn't been updated yet to handle the new fields.
