Trigger multiple modality specific pipelines after upload?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After completing the upload, we have to manually trigger the eye tracking processing capsule each time, which can make things harder to track and manage.

Describe the solution you'd like
spike sorting is already automatically triggered. A way for the transfer service to (on its own, or through some input variable) determine which modality processing pipelines to automatically trigger upon upload would be super convenient.

The alternative is our current solution, which is manually triggering the capsules'
