Display airflow logs to user in /jobs page

As a user, I want to know more about why a job failed.

Describe the solution you'd like

• In the job status page, display logs/ error messages from airflow for jobs that failed.
• For example, user can click into a specific failed job and see the logs.
• Consider also adding any other relevant info from airflow about the failure.
• Consider if we want to show logs for all jobs rather than just ones that failed.
