Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Using the metadata portal https://metadata-portal.allenneuraldynamics.org/app?file=instrument you can see that users aren't using humidity/temperature.

Describe the solution you'd like

Remove these fields
Write an upgrader that warns users if data is being deleted, or maybe move it into the notes?
