Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We no longer need backward compatible validators with 2.0. Move them into the upgrader and remove them from aind-data-schema.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • targeted_structure validator in base is removed
  • Others?
  • All removed validators replaced by upgraders
