The team at Dandi has created a ticket for supporting these now. Currently, you cannot upload zarr nwb files to embargoed sets OR publish any dandiset with them. This issue was on the backburner until I mentioned this to them

Currently this is not possible per Dandi team. Team is working on it now.
They are meeting on August 6th to discuss. @Ahad-Allen to add ticket.

Checked in with Dandi since the Aug 6 meeting has passed, and Yarik mentioned that they do not have a timeline currently.
