Hi David,

Is there are reason the deployment on pypi isn't sufficient? Looking at the forge release, it looks to not have been maintained for 3 years and is a very old version of the SDK (0.14.0 vs the version we are working on 2.16.0). This was very much something that was dropped by a previous iteration of team Pika. With that in mind, we would have to start from scratch to get set up to deploy to conda forge as we do releases.

conda/mamba smooth out installation of dependencies that require compiled binaries, particularly for windows users. I don't remember what's involved, but I would recommend either a) doing this as part of an upcoming data release, or b) removing allensdk from conda-forge.
