[Bug]: Invalid Player Data

What happened?

After about 12hours the server is not allowing new players to join - server will throw back "invalid player data"

Have tried alot of workarounds - relogging MS accounts etc. refreshed player data on the server (removing all pre-existing)
restarting the server gives it about 12 hours to
