ATM7 to the sky 1.2.3 Create Mod issue

I have a server on Exaroton, but only on the Server that i use, the deployer doesn't place saplings/blocks on the ground, i created an alternative server and it worked, i tested it in singleplayer and it also worked but not on my main server. I already spoke to the exaroton team and they said i have to get help from the ATM Team i did a backup from my world and loaded it onto the other server and i had the same issue, i guess it's the save, that has an issue. Can i fix it or do i have to begin a new save?
