[Crash]: MineColonies with crafting tweaks occasionally causes server to stuck at one forever tick #814

What happened?

Server suddenly stops responding after some job queuing to citizens.
Couldn't reproduce as it occurs so rarely and randomly.
Removing crafting tweaks on server side fixes it.

I'm so dumb enough not to preserve entire logs for it but it all had started like this:

java.lang.Error: ServerHangWatchdog detected that a single server tick took 180000160.00 seconds (should be max 0.05)
  at TRANSFORMER/[email protected]/net.blay09.mods.craftingtweaks.api.impl.InternalMethodsImpl.getRecipeMatrixMapper(InternalMethodsImpl.java:98)
