[Quests issues]: Theurgy Netherite Divination Rod description

Describe the issue

Originally was going to submit as a bug, but the mechanic does work, it's just the tool fails to do what quest states, the netherite divination rod quest states it can find every ore, going up to unobtainium. But when I originally tried to link it to a Vibranium ore block, I got a chat warning stating I need a higher tier divination rod.

I went into creative and tested the other 2 ores Allthemodium and Unobtanium, both gave the same warning. However it looks like the other divination rod: Precious Materials if crafted with the respective sulfurs works correctly.

This does mean the quest is misleading, while this may be unintended there is a workaround.
