[Feature]: Allow Mending enchantment on the Soul Extractor tool (Forbidden and Arcanus)

Since Edelwood is so freaking rare in the mod, right now (only wandering trader or queen bee trades to get the saplings, and the saplings don't grow leaves for more, so you're lucky to get 1 - 3 logs per sapling that grows up)

Can you guys please enable Mending enchantment to be put on the Soul Extractor tool? At least until you make Edelwood start spawning in the world more common than not at all. Please?

Lumber bee. it's the only way. you're supposed to go through a few soul guns before you can stick a Stella eternal on one, its like the crystal in MA, its by design.
