Process : "OTB folder is not set" error message when CustomToolBar installed

When the CustomToolBar plugin is enabled, in QGIS Options>Processing>Providers OTB and GRASS sub-menus are visible even if OTB or GRASS plugins are not enabled.
It causes a Critical error when changing any configuration in processing option tab.
And changes in processing options tab are not taken into account.

QGis Version: 3.28.4-Firenze
