wrong size of dialog, + not possible to resize… – plugin Cuda-Ext, dialog Find in Files

maybe related to this #5793 …

new/fresh install, 1.219.1.0, win64-x86_64-win32, fpc 3.2.3
installed only Cuda-Ext plugin + restart…

thanks. we have regression. with plugins dialog heigth.
only on Windows.
i know that LclRealFormBounds define was added in 1.219.1. it is the reason of regression.

same bad with dialogs - Sort plugin, MultiInstaller plugin. to fix..

seems its fixed. I updated release 1.219.1.0 on sf.net without version change.
