How to determine the results

Hi,
I get a file after running the soft, the first line of the file is " SNP n frequency likelihood add add_se add_t add_pval var var_se var_t var_pval av_pval dispersion dispersion_se dispersion_t dispersion_pval".
Which P value should be selected to determine the significant SNP? add_pval, var_pval, av_pval or dispersion_pval?
