Broken Russian encoding on 4pda.to:

Maybe problem of Firefox, because in Floorp same. Can someone tell, how fix this? Try to goolge it, didn`t find how solve problem

For me it is OK, I dont have artifacts on Cyrilic sites, in my case Serbian, but I tried Russian sites to. Maybe it is on your end, I am using ROSA Fresh Desktop 13.0 (2023.1). It can be a localization problem, if on Windows try to add cyrilic in localization in Control Panel, I cant remember in wich tab is it since I dont use Windows since about 3 years.

EDIT: Or it could be some addons cousing a problem, try disabling addons to see if it is them cousing problem and than enable one by one to si which one is a problem.

Try disable all addons - dont helps.
If it depends on Windows, then why is everything working fine in Firefox (specially installed for test). The cyrillic is already in localization, and problems are only in selected places on one site, even with text input.
Is it possible to set the encoding for the selected page somewhere in the browser?
