Brief Feature Description

A page should be created where operators can upload/download files to and from the satellite using the ground station software's FTP protocol.

Additional Details

Before working on this task, ensure that the issue here is resolved so that we have a place on the ground station computer where files can be stored and read from the website. It should also be advisable to wait until the ground station refactor is finalized and merged as its more object-oriented design can help make things easier to implement.
