Bug Description

The chat bar focus behavior seems to override other windows with typing functionality. This creates issues with mods that have additional functionality while the chat bar is viewable, such as the search function found in Symbol Chat [Modrinth].

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Fabric Minecraft instance with Fabric API, Symbol Chat, and No Chat Reports.
2. Load into a world, open the chat bar, and click the smiley face button to the right of the chat bar.
3. Attempt to use the search bar to search for an emoji. The search query will instead be typed into the chat bar instead of the search field.
