[Enhancement] Option to disable version check

Provide a detailed and clear description of feature or change that you want to offer.
The mod states that the user has installed an outdated version, however, the mod is already up-to-date (version used: EnigmaticLegacy-2.30.1.jar). If this error comes from the dev then it is reasonable to allow users to disable version checking.

Describe why you want this. If there's a reason.
I want to avoid version checking as much as possible in my modpack since I believe it ruins immersiveness and inconveniences players who play the pack.
