Attach the a9 to ttl converter firstly with the 5v pin. Everything should work fine.
If you keep serial communication and attached the power then to either vbats for lithium 18650, you will receive scrambled information.
Anyone know why , I tried multiple variations but it seems the power from the battery effects the board.

Check your battery voltage level. Probably you're using a 3.7V battery which its voltage is not sufficient to drive the module frontend.
