Hello,
I am trying to analyze some OmniSNP data. The issue I face is that the SRO does not allow me to do batch analysis and the R app works but does not allow me to select the right kit/database like the SRO. Any suggestions will help, thank you.

Hi,

Sorry for the trouble. Which standalone version of SRO are you using? If you had downloaded it prior to ISFG, I don't think we had the config files available for either.

Please check my github for the most recent version that has all the NimaGen kits currently available.

I've also attached a zip file of the current db directory.

If you're still not seeing the kits, we can try and troubleshoot.

Thanks and best of luck.
