I downloaded this worksheet in order to process the STR pattern. When I click the process queue button on the queue tab. Data processing takes a long time. Could you please assist me in checking this?

If you're looking into secondary analysis of v3 output, I highly recommend considering STRait Razor Online (SRO). SRO comes in standalone (local) and online (web-based) interfaces. The online (http://www.unthsc.edu/straitrazor) is easy to use. The standalone (https://github.com/ExpectationsManaged/STRaitRazorOnline) allows for batch processing of samples; however, you need to install R and RStudio. So, it's not as "turn-key" as the web interface. Please let us know if you need any help.

@ExpectationsManaged I attempted to submit the file as a batch on my local app, but it failed with some errors. both the fastq and allsequence.txt files.

Can you give some details of error (e.g., screenshot or copy of console text)? Also, with which OS and versions of R and RStudio are working?

@soncomqiq My apologies for the delay. I was at a conference and took some time after. Before you upload an allseq or fastq file, please make sure and select LoadDB button above. This will load the current set of kits into the UI. It is alphabetical and the current default is ForenSeq. So, you'll need to make sure you're on the right one. Then, select the directory button as you have it. Sorry again for the confusion.

Hello, can the standalone SRO be used under the windows system? Can the online SRO be used on windows and load my own configuration file, Thank you for your answer to my question.

my own configuration file means kit, because I find I can not select my desired locus.

With the standalone version, you can add a kit using these instructions https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/syna0lqpbxpawhzafmudu/STRait-Razor-Online_AddingKits.pdf?rlkey=l2bv9ypvc55umnp1fs46abt9o&dl=1

The online version is content locked though. Our apologies.

Please let me know if you have any issue.

Thank you very much for your reply. I have successfully downloaded the working bag, and I have added the loci I want to get in the kit loci option, some loci are like this, but they all have bar charts on the TOP20 page.may I ask if this can be solved? Or is there something wrong with my operation, because there are some differences between the job description I downloaded on this website and the Excel job description I am using now, thank you for your reply

In addition, I would like to ask you another question, why is this number different? According to the literature, the numbers in allsequences.txt can be understood as abundance.
