Fix errors and warnings from flake8 and add to workflow #308

Check the code using this command: pipenv run flake8 aguaclara --count --verbose --show-source --statistics
and fix the errors and warnings

Then, uncomment the code in .github/workflows/build.yml to add flake8 to the workflow.
