Refactor pre and post processing processors, introducing tests, fixing todos, dockerizing and make sure that can be executed on windows (check path extraction etc)

Please include in this issue thread whatever belongs in that refactoring category

Post: rename from_path to be more descriptive on what it does (it's the aggregations function)
