First time user here. Played around with it a little bit. Then wanted to turn the colorblindness emulation off. All the options presented currently look very similar. So my brain did not pick up on the fact that the last radio button actually means "off":

From the top of my head one of the possible UX approaches would be to have a "one level up" checkbox that would make all the radio buttons disabled/enabled. And make it visually obvious if the extension in "on" or "off". Semantically speaking though, that makes the "Trichromat" situation slightly exceptional, which does not sound great. IDK.
