GUI needs method of masking bad values

On some detectors which are constructed of modules, there are gaps between modules which may be indicated in the diffraction data as MAXINT or NaN. As a preprocessing step, these values need to be set to zero or added to the bad-pixel-mask and passed on to Tike. Otherwise, the diffraction pattern has stripes of huge outliars.
