trying to install 6.6.2 cloud edition to AEMaaCS DEV environment: it's failing at "Build Transform" step

Basically I followed the steps outline in this page => https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/pages/maven.html.

Things I've done/tested:

1. I built/installed the maven project first locally and I can see I have ACS commons ui.content and ui.apps packages in CRX packmgr.
2. I can see "ACS Commons" in Tools menu.
3. As a last test, I loaded Redirect manager (http://localhost:4502/apps/acs-commons/content/redirect-manager/redirects.html) and that's loading fine.

But the problem starts when I decided to deploy it to the AEMaaCS DEV environment. It's failing at the "Build Transform" step but nothing jumps out to the cause of the failure. Here's a link to the complete logs => https://pastebin.com/A4h2rrzr

I redeployed it again and it worked this time. no additional changes were made to the repo. must be one of those things... ¯_(ツ)_/¯
