non-filtering DNS resolver has issue to upload images for ebay

Issue Details

1. Go to control panel and change your network setting to IPv4 DNS Server: 94.140.14.140, 94.140.14.141 and IPv6 2a10:50c0::1:ff, 2a10:50c0::2:ff. As you know, this is the non filtering DNS resolver
2. go to https://www.ebay.de/sl/prelist/suggest, Log-In and start sell (Verkaufen) a product.
3. As soon you upload a photo, it fails (see Actual Behavior)
4. Go back to control panel and change DNS Servers to: 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1, 2606:4700:4700::1111, 2606:4700:4700::1001 This is the Cloudflare DNS resolver
5. Repeat the step to sell a product, the upload of image is fine (see Expected Behavior)

I tested and repeated several time on a clean Guest OS without any AdBlocker or Browser security settings. It comes down to the AdGuard non-filtering DNS server.
