Description

Psykers and their powers are in a bad spot currently. The code is hard to maintain and the psychic power system is very limited and not interesting to interact with.

Proposed changes

  • discuss how to improve or (more probably) to rework the system

Some random ideas

  • add more powers (duh)
  • allow players to manually cast powers during combat

i'm currenltt working on this should have a first phase (balancing and rework by 10.0)

update on this- created a new perils table which is easier to augment
