Currently you can only change Window Mode <-> Fullscreen. Some additional options would be nice:

Change resolution
Fullscreen window mode
Accesibility settings (color and contrast settings for the visually impaired players)
remove unused settings (like Heresy checkbox)

Fortunately, CM is 2D, so we don't really need a lot of graphical settings
