Requires #171
Optimally should be done after #173

  • allow enabling Ironman mode when starting a new game
  • allow to de-ironman a save, but do not allow ironmanning a normal save
  • update UI (especially save list, to clearly show Ironman saves)
  • switch to binary file format for encrypted saves (basically encrypted json)
  • add hash check for encrypted saves
  • modify autosave to work properly with Ironman
  • disable cheats in Ironman
