Update ELK to a more recent version #265

ELK lastest version is (today) 6.2.2 but in ADOP we're stuck at 2.1.1 versions for ElasticSearch and Logstash, and 4.3.1 for Kibana.

ELK lastest versions include interesting features and a all new Kibana dashboard.

It could be an interesting upgrade for ADOP platform.
