I updated our Linux build to Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS and downloaded a fresh copy of Vizard 2.2.0 from our website. I did not change the GDK_BACKEND, but left it on Wayland. Vizard started up and when I clicked 'Select' the file browser did pop up. I was able to click a file and play it back successfully.
I'm sorry, I'm not sure what else to try on our end. I'm guessing you've already tried restarting your computer and I don't see how it could be a permissions issue if Vizard is starting up successfully. I'll update this if I have something for you to try.
Describe the bug
