uldum assaults are broken or blizz changed a lot of rares spawns

Describe the bug
since tww a lot of rares of uldum of a mix of assaults nzoth, aqir, tolvir are spawning outside of their original assault and still giving the loot

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to uldum
2. rares of other assaults are spawning

list of rares appearing in any time (no full list) but i found this guys several times of a 2 weeks of farming in any assault:
