Preference for contributing multiple ideas to the resource list?

I've got several ideas to add to the planning technology resource list here. Does this repo have a preference as to whether I put those all in the same pull request or start a separate PR for each one? I have contributed to repos before that prefer the latter but it seems like it could be more work for the repo owners. I saw in the contribution guidelines that for large contributions we should start an issue, but I'm not clear on what counts as large and what exactly that issue would contain. Thanks!
