Optimize Dockerfile for Reduced Size and Build Time

Currently, the Dockerfile results in an image size of 7.34 GB, which is significantly larger than expected. Additionally, the build process takes a long time, affecting development and deployment efficiency. The main objectives of this issue are:

1. Reduce Docker Image Size
2. Improve Build Time
