Create announcement mailing list, retire old Google Group

Peter asked me about this when I last saw him. He still posts announcements to the old Google Groups list. That's all the activity on that Group.

So since it's just being used as an announcement only list, let's move it to Mailchimp and hook the site up to that so it automatically mails out new posts and retire the Group once and for all.

Henare, Thanks. We need automatic announcements and an email member only group for communication with members that won't appear on the website. Can Mailchimp do both? I registered a mailchimp name some time back but that's as far as I went.

@petert10 for this we can use a private space on the forum. That way all communication between network members stays on the forum and the announce-only is via email with Mailchimp.
