TextureMovies are supported as they are just biks, but they

are packed into a tkl file
appear as animated textures, not fullscreen movies, and thus smaller

Design goals in ALOV:

ME1:

cutupscreen_X shall be 1278x720
SovereignStill shall be 1080p

ME2:

ME3:
