Olivier:
I do not think that having always a subgroup \1 for a one variable mesh
is good. It is too complex...
We have the \1, \2, ... only for meshes which are cartesian products.

So in the case of only 1 mesh (e.g. only one spin-less Matsubara frequency) there would only be the 'mesh' entry not /mesh/1. Do I understand this correctly?
